The company owns self-supporting factories for key components in the upstream and downstream of welding and cutting equipment, making it one of the few manufacturers in the domestic industry capable of independent supply. In recent years, it has invested over 100 million yuan in purchasing domestic equipment such as electrophoresis lines, dipping lines, painting lines, silanization lines, cleaning lines, powder coating lines, screen printers, injection molding machines, extrusion lines, assembly lines, and machining centers. Its main production processes include machining, electrophoresis, paint dipping, painting, silanization surface treatment, cleaning, powder coating, screen printing, injection molding, extrusion, welding, and assembly. This has enabled an annual production capacity of 2 million welding machines, 1.2 million lithium-ion power tools, 500,000 scroll fans, and 150 million bearings. Additionally, it has introduced logistics auxiliary facilities such as intelligent pallet stereoscopic warehouses and intelligent CTU bin stereoscopic warehouses. The company has a 2,000 square-meter testing center equipped with advanced type test inspection, metering tools and equipment, and a digital information system testing platform. It is also supported by advanced, high-precision inspection equipment and advanced automated manufacturing equipment production systems.Furthermore, it has power supply testing systems, Yong Ruan lithium battery automatic sorting systems, and the Spot Welding Assembly Integrated Control Software V3.0 testing system.
